Aadhar Trauma Care
As the study shows one-third of the road accident victims die in road accidents and many are permanently disabled. Head injuries are common during a road accident, and most of the head injuries lead to brain paralysis and permanent disabilities. We would like to share a few stories that we’ve seen on our own.
Story 1: A 20- year young lad lying on MB Hospital trauma ward, his family in distraught. The man had serious head injury causing brain paralysis, lost his ability to understand and speak clearly. The man is from a rural family with five members in the family and at loss of livelihood, his sister-in-law and brother is now taking care of him in the hospital. His parents are worried as the doctor says it will take 6-years to get normal but he’ll never fully recover. The family already spent a sum of 2 lakh on treatment by mortgaging their property and the treatment will take a long time, how they going to afford huge sums with a vulnerable social and economic background?
Aadhar foundation trust helps these families and attendees with eating and resting facilities. Providing for basic needs of their family like ration and educating the younger ones.
Story 2: A middle aged man with unknown identity lying in government lobby who has lost his memory in a road accident and no whereabouts to go.
AFT helps hospital authorities to locate and identify the whereabouts of unanimous accident victims by observation and help them to reach to their family.
Aadhar foundation trust is always there to rescue accident victims and provide them trauma care during and post treatment. AFT support the families of accident victims like a “GUARDIAN ANGEL” provide them basic facilities of ration and education to the children of the family and celebrate festivities with them.
